Ordering and Policies

If you have any questions on how to place your order please contact me first.
All hats are newborn size unless you specifically ask for a larger size. At this time I am only making for newborn up to 6 months of age.
There are drop down selections on each item to add a ribbon bow (you may specify the color) or add an optional loopy yarn flower (again, you may specify a color choose if you like).
Please select accordingly the items you would like to purchase. When placing your order please place in the customer notes the name and size of the item you are wanting. All images have the name of the item in the post or on the image itself.

I will do custom orders if you need more than one item or would like to choose a different color.
All my items are knit to order (unless I already have them on hand). Please refer to the Available Colors Page at the top of the blog to view the yarn types and colors. When doing a custom order please refer to the yarn type and color in the customer notes on paypal.

All my items come from a smoke free home.

Payment:
Payment is currently through paypal only. Payment is required within 3 days of purchase.
You do not need to create a paypal account to pay with a credit card.


Orders will ship within this time frame of receiving payment:
Hats ship within 2 weeks
Cocoons ship within 2-3 weeks
Combined orders will ship within 2-3 weeks

I ship all items USPS First Class. I do not provide insurance. If you would like to add it to your shipping let me know.
If you need your items sooner I can ship Priority. Send me an email so that we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Priority shipping will be $8
I will send you an email once item has been shipped.

Care of Hats and Cocoons:
Gently hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Refunds and Exchanges:
My customers are important to me! I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your item and it does not fit or it's not what you expected, please email me within 24 hours of receiving your items so that I can help you with the refund or exchange of the item.
